Orders
We currently don't have a shopping cart facility, so please send us your order details via the enquiry form on the Contact us page. Please include your delivery address and phone number. We will then respond with a quotation including delivery costs. If you are happy to proceed with a purchase, we will then forward you an invoice for payment.
Payment
We accept Paypal, Direct Deposit and Money Order. Once your order has been submitted to us, an invoice will be sent to you via email, fax or post. Once payment is received, a receipt will be sent to you immediately as confirmation of your order.
Delivery
Kelly Beans Bomboniere is based in Mt Gravatt, Brisbane. If you are situated in Brisbane and wish to save on postage, you are welcome to collect your order (by appointment only).
For all other areas (including Australia wide) the items are delivered to your door via Courier Service, Registered Post or Express Post. Our delivery timeframes depend on the size of your order and whether you require just products or our professionally decorated bomboniere boxes or glass jars. We suggest you contact us for an estimated delivery timeframe and quote on postage.
Urgent orders are welcome on application.
